Take 5
During most conferences, groups need to "Take 5" from the business of the conference and spend some time looking at how they work together. Take 5 is a chance to do this. Be it literally a five or ten minute break or a full day program, our facilitators can inject a bit of action and thought into your conference.
Take 5 is not an off the shelf event, but rather a carefully selected sequence of team problem solving activities. It is one of our more popular conference events because the session can be designed to best suit the specific needs of your group.
The selection of activities depends on your desired outcomes and expectations, number of participants, previous exposure to experience-based learning, time available and the characteristics of the venue.
It is important to decide if the primary objective is recreation or education, or what balance of each you require. This impacts on the session design, staffing and level of facilitation, as does your budget.
